  1. MBRWork - Freeware utility to perform some common and uncommon MBR
  2.           and disk functions.  Provided As-Is.
  3.  
  4. It can perform the following:
  5.  
  6. 1 - Backup the first track on a hard drive.
  7.  
  8. 2 - Restore the backup file.
  9.  
  10. 3 - Reset the EMBR area to all zeros.
  11.  
  12. 4 - Reset the MBR are to all zeros.
  13.  
  14. 5 - Install standard MBR Code
  15.  
  16. 6 - Set a partition active (avail on the command line too)
  17.  
  18. 7 - Work with multiple hard drives.
  19.  
  20. 8 - Remove EZ-Drive (You must boot directly to a diskette (by passing ez-drive) 
  21.     for this option to show)
  22.  
  23. 9 - Edit MBR partition entry values.
  24.  
  25. A - If no partitions exist in the MBR and no EMBR exists then this option
  26.     will allow you to recover lost FAT, HPFS, NTFS, and Extened partitions.
  27.  
  28. C - Capture up to 64 disk sectors to a file.
  29.  
  30. R - Restore up to 64 disk sectors from a file.  This feature should only
  31.     be used by those who completely understand what they are doing! 
  32.  
  33. T - Transfer/Copy sectors from disk to disk.  This feature should only
  34.     be used by those who completely understand what they are doing!
  35.  
  36. P - Compare sectors.
